I have great news! You can drink alcohol while tracking macros.

However, there’s a catch (which you probably already know). It may

take you longer to make progress because alcohol impairs your judgement and can lead to overeating and eating foods that don't align with your goals.

For some people, it’s unrealistic to completely cut out alcohol. Let’s be real…I typically make room for a few drinks a week. Some coaches will tell you to cut out alcohol all together. Not me, sorry not sorry. In order to make alcohol fit in your plan, it is important to track it accurately.

For a long time, 1 tracking alcohol inaccurately. It seemed so confusing. So here’s how I simplified it for my clients in one cute little graphic!
