I'm Maureen

I started Macros with Maureen after coaching my friends and family, and realizing I could help more women say "screw you" diet culture!

I started out just like you. I ate "healthy" and I worked out, but my body still looked the same year after year with some major ups and downs from having three children...ah the joys of motherhood! Like you, I've tried it ALL!

I finally found the joy of counting macros, and everything changed. I can still eat the foods I love and even drink wine (in moderation of course) while crushing my goals.
